Day 123 Things that make me smile - Kentucky Derby
Every year I love to watch the Kentucky Derby, the "Run for the Roses". But this year it had more meaning as I got to visit Churchill Downs this fall: saw some horses, peeked inside, had a mint julep and some Derby pie and more.
So as I watched the race today on TV, memories of that fun tour and visit to Churchill Downs made me smile.
