Day 287 Things that make me smile - Special Picture

Four years ago I received this picture in the mail.  I was having flu symptoms and chest pains throughout the day (well for the whole week) and was thinking maybe I should go to the emergency room, but was kind of ignoring it all.  I got home from Iowa to find this thank you picture in the mail from Anna. It reminded me that I had seven nieces and nephews that I want to be around for in the future so I made the call to my sister to go to the emergency room.  Long story short - four years ago tonight I was in ICU waiting for to get stents placed in the morning.  I am a heart survivor and each time I look at this picture I smile.
